Correction to the location for obtaining the ECO Static license.
The text in Obtaining ECO Static License in the ExpressConnect for Oracle Configuration Guide incorrectly states that you can obtain the ECO license file from the Getting Started CD. Instead, you must obtain the ECO license file from SPDC or SMP.
