[CR #545622] Replication Server 15.2 and later on IBM AIX counts the total number of CPUs available to a partition. If you are running Replication Server with logical partitions, Replication Server on IBM AIX may fail to start and you may find that the number of CPUs reported is not as expected.
Workaround: Currently, Sybase Replication Server does not support subcapacity licensing for IBM LPAR. If you believe you may encounter this issue, contact Sybase Customer Support to raise a support incident.
