64-bit Adaptive Server installation does not register Replication Manager and Sybase Central

[CR #558626] If you install Replication Manager on a machine that has a 64-bit Adaptive Server installed, this error message occurs when registering Sybase Central.

Can not find jsyblib600.dll

When the installation completes (even if you answered "No to all" when prompted to replace the missing file), Sybase Central shortcut key does not work

Workaround: Re-create the Sybase Central 6.0 shortcut using one of these methods:

Execute this command with a MKS Tookit in command line mode:

shortcut -f "%SCROOT60%\win64\scjview.exe" -a '-DSCROOT="%SCROOT60%"' -w
   "%SCROOT60%" -d "Sybase Central 6.0" "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Start
    Menu\Programs\Sybase\Sybase Central v6.0.lnk

Delete the existing shortcut key by selecting Start | All programs | Sybase | Sybase Central v6.0 | Delete. Create a new one:
1. Navigate to %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Start Menu\Programs\Sybase.
2. Right click in the folder and select New | Shortcut.
3. Click Browse.
4. Navigate to %SCROOT60%\win64\scjview.exe.
5. Click OK to continue.
