If you are upgrading to Replication Server 15.2 on IBM AIX and using ERSSD, platforms must be 64-bit for the upgrade to function properly. For this operating system, ERSSD can only be run on 64-bit machines. This is a restriction of the underlying SQL Anywhere database. To use Replication Server on 32-bit IBM AIX, Sybase recommends that you use Adaptive Server for the RSSD. However, you cannot migrate data from an ERSSD to an RSSD.
