Sybase will continue to support the DataDirect front-end ODBC driver with the DirectConnect for z/OS Option version 12.6 and Mainframe Connect version 12.6 until July 30, 2009. The driver is supported only for data connectivity through Mainframe Connect (either through DirectConnect for z/OS Option or gatewayless) and not for any other database targets.
