[CR #343973] Sybase Central writes a registry file in the user’s home directory, and uses this registry file to store environment information from the Replication Manager. You must have write privileges on the user’s home directory, or Sybase Central cannot save the environment information.
Workaround: Ensure that each user has write privileges on the user’s home directory.
