Use the DirectConnect Manager to start the new access service without
stopping and restarting ECDA.
To start your new service without using DirectConnect Manager, set the
EnableAtStartup=Yes property in the service
configuration, .cfg file, which starts the service
automatically when the server is started, and then restarts the server.
