Returns target server metadata containing a list of attribute
names and matching values for the target.

sp_server_info [attribute_id]
Parameters
- attribute_id – is the integer ID of the attribute.
Usage
This procedure generates an extensible result set. It can
be expanded, depending upon the needs of the specific access service
library.
