Description

Runs a system procedure or a user-defined stored procedure.

Syntax

Transact-SQL Syntax

[execute][@return_status = ]

[[[server.]database.]owner.]procedure_name[; number]
 [[@parameter_name =] value |
 [@parameter_name =] @variable [output]
 [,[@parameter_name =] value |
 [@parameter_name =] @variable [output]...]]

[with recompile]

ODBC Syntax

{CALL PROCEDURE(parm1_value, parm2_value, ..., parmN_value)}

Usage

• This transformation uses only the shorthand notation ODBC syntax.

• Procedure return values are not supported.

• Procedures that return multiple result sets are not supported.
