Display debug information during an installation.
On UNIX, set the environment variable
LAX_DEBUG to true, and run the installation program. On Windows, hold the Ctrl key and double-click setupConsole.exe (for console mode installation)
or setup.exe (for GUI mode
installation).
The
debug information appears in the window where you launched the installation
program.
Note: If there are errors during installation, check the installation log file at $SYBASE/log (UNIX) or %SYBASE%\log (Windows).
