If you move the truncation point to the end of the primary database transaction log with
the ra_locator move_truncpt command, you have skipped over DDL commands
that may have been read by Replication Agent to keep the RASD synchronized with the primary
database.
To resolve a
discrepancy between the primary database contents and the RASD contents, either:

Refresh the RASD with the ra_admin
refresh command, which ensures that the RASD is refreshed with
current schema information from the primary database for all objects,
or,

If you know that only one object has been affected, unmark and
then re-mark the object affected by the DDL.
