Deactivating Users

The repository administrator or a user with the Manage Users right can deactivate users. An inactive user cannot connect to the repository, but the information about his checkins and other repository actions remains available to other users. An inactive user can be reactivated at any time.

1. Select Repository > Administration > Users to display the List of Users dialog box.
2. Select the user in the list and then select the [D]eactivate check box.

   The user remains in the list and can be reactivated at any time by deselecting the [D]eactivate check box. While he is inactive, the user may not connect to the repository.
