To create and run the sample application:
Verify your environment.
Start EAServer and EAServer Manager.
Define a package, component, and method.
Generate stubs, skeletons, and implementation templates.
Write the server-side code.
Write the client-side code.
Compile the client executable.
Run the client executable.
