Before using jagtool, make sure that:
The JAGUAR environment variable is set.
UNIX $JAGUAR/bin is added to your path.
Windows %JAGUAR%\bin is added to your path.
Use the following scripts to run jagtool:
UNIX $JAGUAR/bin/jagtool
Windows %JAGUAR%\bin\jagtool.bat
