(CR #367031) When you upgrade from an earlier version of EAServer, Sybase Central is also upgraded from version 4.1 to 4.3. The installer migrates EAServer plug-ins that are compatible with Sybase Central 4.3 to the new installation; other plug-ins remain in the Sybase Central 4.1 installation. To use the migrated plug-ins, start Sybase Central 4.3. To use the other existing plug-ins, start Sybase Central 4.1.
