EAServer 5.2 can be installed either as a new installation or as an update of an existing EAServer 5.x installation.
EAServer 5.2 is compatible with the following Microsoft Windows versions:
Windows 2000
Windows XP Professional
Windows Server 2003
See the EAServer Release Bulletin for updates to system compatibility information including recommended service pack or maintenance levels.
Before installing EAServer, verify that the psapi.dll file
is located in the %SYSTEM ROOT%\system32 directory
(C:\WINDOWS\system32 for example).
If not the installation may end abruptly.
