Microsoft Windows x86-64 64-bit supports SSL functionality using Open SSL. To enable the SSL functionality, add the libsybfcsissl64.dll runtime library to the libtcl64.cfg configuration files. The configuration files are available in %SYBASE%\%SYBASE_OCS%\ini.
