Windows 2003 (x64) supports SSL functionality using Open SSL. To enable the SSL functionality, add the libsybfcsissl64.dll runtime library to libtcl64.cfg (64-bit) configuration files. The configuration files are available in %SYBASE%\%SYBASE_OCS%\ini.
