Starting RMS

Start Replication Monitoring Services.

1. Navigate to the RMS installation directory, %SYBASE% .
2. Set the environment variables by executing SYBASE.bat
3. Change to the %SYBASE%\SCC-3_2\bin directory.
4. Execute scc.bat
