Starting RMS

Start Replication Monitoring Services.

1. Navigate to the RMS installation directory, $SYBASE.
2. Set the environment variables by sourcing SYBASE.csh
3. Change to the $SYBASE/SCC-3_2/bin directory.
4. Execute scc.sh
