You can use input and output files in your ISQL command. This example uses RSP4C.SQL as the input file and RSP4C.LOG as the output file:
ISQL -SDB2T -Uxxxxxxxx -Pyyyyyyyy -iRSP4C.SQL -oRSP4C.LOG
