Stopping the server from Windows systems

StepsTo stop the server using the command line

  1. If you started the server from a command line, press Ctrl + C to stop the server.

StepsTo stop the server using Windows

  1. If you started the server as a Windows service, perform the following steps to stop it:

    1. From the Control Panel, select Services.

    2. In the drop-down list, select the DirectConnect server_name.

    3. Select Stop.
