Specifies where the system log output is sent.
LogToScreen=[ no | yes ]
no
yes the system sends log output to the console and log file
no the system sends log output to the log file only.
Setting this property to yes can result in a negative impact on performance, depending upon the number and types of other log properties you have set to yes.
