ORA_NLS33 environment variable issue

The ORA_NLS33 environment variable is used by Oracle client programs to locate localization files. When running ECDA Option for Oracle, the ORA_NLS33 environment variable should not be set.

If it is set and it points to an invalid directory, users might receive the following error message when connecting to ECDA Option for Oracle:

Msg 12705, Level 16, State 0: Server 'DCRMFDCP_TEST': ORA-12705: invalid or unknown NLS parameter value specified CT-LIBRARY error: ct_connect(): protocol specific layer: external error: The attempt to connect to the server failed.
