The following example uses the certreq and certauth utilities packaged with connectivity to create a certificate and trusted roots file. These are for testing purposes only and should not be used to replace authentic certificates in a production environment. These utilities can be found in the C:\<install_dir>\DCO-15_0\bin directory.
In the example, you must substitute the name of your DirectConnect server for the name "dcossl."
In the example, the values of the "Organizational Unit"
that occurs twice, must be different. If equal, you will not be
able to connect and an error message will be created that will not
identify the problem.
