intl_strblist(): Only 0, 1, or 2 stars allowed in format string.
A printable string is build from a format string that contains placeholders for variable and an array of values to fill in those places. This error occurs when in a format string, there are more than 2 stars.
Above error message is displayed and the user API returns fatal error.
