Net-Change Database Size Estimation and Transaction Profiling

Replication Server does not mark a transaction as noncompilable even if the transaction is larger than the DSI SQT cache size.

Without the DSI SQT cache size as a constraint, Replication Server improves its ability to estimate the net-change database size, reduces the need to switch to the continuous replication mode, and makes the transaction profiling process more efficient.

Replication Server flags a transaction as noncompilable only when the:

Number of commands in the transaction exceeds dsi_compile_max_cmds, or
Estimated net-change database size for the transaction exceeds dsi_cdb_max_size

To improve performance further, Replication Server reduces the number of times it estimates the net-change database size to once every 100 commands.
