Precede money and smallmoney literal
values with a U.S. dollar sign ($) to distinguish them
from the floating point datatypes. For negative values, place the
minus sign after the dollar sign.
Replication Server outputs a dollar sign when it substitutes money and smallmoney values
into function-string output templates.
