Sample Replication Server Configuration
If you have not configured the sample Replication Server during installation, you can use the resource file created by the installer to configure and start the sample Replication Server.
Environment Variables on Windows
The Replication Server installer automatically sets the required system environment variables, such as PATH, as well as additional environment variables used by your newly installed Sybase software.
Runserver File
The runserver file is an executable script that contains the complete command line required to start a Replication Server. When you install a new Replication Server to your replication system, rs_init creates a runserver file in the Sybase installation directory.
Replication Server Registry Keys
When you install Replication Server for Windows, the installation program and server configuration store configuration information to several branches, called keys, in the Windows Registry.
