Use dsedit that comes with Replication Server installation to modify network connection information.
If either the primary or the replicate Adaptive Server is not on the Replication Server machine, you must change the default host name “localhost” in the Replication Server sql.ini file to the actual server name. Use dsedit to update sql.ini file.
The dsedit creates and modifies network connection information in the sql.ini file. The utility is located in %SYBASE%\%SYBASE_OCS%\bin.
Execute SYBASE.bat to set the required environment variables before executing dsedit.
