Configuration parameters that use large amounts of Adaptive Server memory, and those that are commonly changed at a large number of Adaptive Server installations, should be checked by system administrators who are configuring an Adaptive Server for the first time. Review these parameters when the system configuration changes, after upgrading to a new version of Adaptive Server, or when making changes to other configuration variables that use memory.
