Install IFIX IZ16878

Install this patch to prevent a possible installer exception.

If you try to install Sybase IQ 15.x in graphic mode on AIX 6.1, the installer may throw the following exception:

The installer is unable to run in graphical mode.
Console install is unsupported.
The silent install is launched by running the SilentInstall script.
