Open Client and Open Server now support the character set kz1048. The character files included in this release are:
$SYBASE/charsets/kz1048/binary.srt
$SYBASE/charsets/kz1048/charset.loc
$SYBASE/charsets/unicode/kz1048.uct
Adaptive Server needs to support the Kazakh character
set before client applications can use Kazakh characters.
