Enabling SSL connections on Apple Mac OS X
Launch the iODBC Administrator from Applications | Utilities.
Select the datasource you want to use and add two new keyword value pair:
Encryption=ssl TrustedFile=<filename>
where <filename> is the complete path to the trusted roots file.
