Numerous EAServer Change Requests (CRs) have already addressed multiprocessor issues. Check that you have the latest relevant patches.
Not all operating systems fully utilize multiple CPUs. Depending on your operating system, you may need to bind EAServer to each CPU to take advantage of multiple processors.
