A client connecting to the ASE Web Services Engine through a Web browser cannot find the WSDL file, or the ASE Web Services Engine cannot find the WSDL file to perform proxy-table mapping.
Verify that the ASE Web Services Engine is running. If you
are using the ASE Web Services Engine through a browser, make sure
the browser URL indicates https:// for
an SSL connection and http:// for
a standard connection.
