your assessment confirms this root cause, start the server.
Correct
- Log in to the desktop of the computer where
SAP Mobile Platform Server is installed.
- Start the server using any of these
methods:
- Desktop shortcut – right-click the Start SAP Mobile
Platform Server icon on the Windows desktop and select
Run as Administrator.
- Windows Start menu – select .
- Windows Services Control Panel – start the
SAP Mobile Platform Server service.
Validate
- Try again to access Management Cockpit.
- If the login screen for Management Cockpit still does not appear, assess the next
root cause.
