Loads SDMCache from the file system.
Syntax
public abstract boolean loadSDMCache (ISDMCache cache) throws SDMPersistenceException, IllegalArgumentException
Parameters

The SDMCache object to fill by the data.
Returns
true if persisted SDMCache has found and successfully loaded, false otherwise.
Exceptions

if object can not be loaded for any reason.
