Consumers can browse coupon categories on their mobile devices to purchase and redeem coupons. Coupon categories are managed globally in a hierarchy. Coupon categories without a parent category are root categories and are listed first. All other categories are shown when you drill further down into the hierarchy. Agents can add or edit coupon categories, but cannot remove them.
