Verifying the RepConnector Manager Installation

Verify that the RepConnector Manager installation is successful.

  1. From the command prompt, navigate to the RepConnector Manager installation directory, and start RepConnector Manager. Enter:
    • On Windows:
      RepConnectorManager.bat
    • On UNIX:
      RepConnectorManager.sh
  2. Select a workspace and click OK.
  3. (Optional) Select Use this as the default and do not ask again.
    Eclipse starts and the RepConnector Manager Welcome window appears. If this window does not appear, select Help > Welcome.
  4. Click the RepConnector Manager icon to display the Sybase RepConnector Manager view.
    The RepConnector Manager displays one sample default profile for each supported application server, which you can use to connect to RepConnector runtime:
    SybaseRepConnector
– JBoss: 8080 for JBoss Application Server
– weblogic:7001 for WebLogic Server
