AbstractMoneyCreateTransactionFlow< Req extends IGenericAuthorisationRequest, Res extends ITransactionResponse

The AbstractMoneyCreateTransactionFlow extends the AbstractMoneyFlow and simply adds tho new steps with pre and post processing hooks.
