Usage
This bean defines a combination of handled currencies for com.sybase365.mobiliser.money.businesslogic.payment.api.IExchangeRateHandler s and org units.
- If both currencies are set, this specific combination is handled
- If only the from/to type is set, all exchange rates from/to the specified currency are handled by this exchange rate handler.
- If an orgunit is provided, the handler is only applicable for that org unit
