Returns a list of available Fee Sets.

fetchIndividual

Parameters

fetchIndividual –
if this is set to true it returns only the individual Fee Sets. If it is set ot false it only returns the global Fee Sets. If null, all Fee Sets are returned.
Usage
Individual ones (that are only used for a single customer) can be filtered out.
