The IBulkProcessingLogic interface is responsible for implementing methods to interact with the IBulkProcessingFileHandler and IBulkProcessingFileHandler to trigger the execution of a bulk (or batch) file.
It further defines (CRUD) methods to handle the configuration of bulk file types.
