Problem: Starting SAP Mobile Server from Windows
services or the desktop shortcut
fails.
Solution:
- Ensure that the server license is valid and has not expired.
- Open Windows services to check that the services
SAP Mobile Server depends on for start-up are running
properly. Identify dependencies by right-clicking the service and selecting
Properties.
- Check
SMP_HOME\Servers\UnwiredServer\log\serverName-server.log for error
messages indicating the nature of SAP Mobile Server start-up
issues.
- Check
SMP_HOME\Servers\UnwiredServer\log\bootstrap**.log
for possible license errors.
