Problem: In a cluster where the primary node is running and secondary node is stopped, when you create a new administrator user and log in to SAP Control Center with that user, the new user cannot start the secondary node.
SAP Control Center displays the error message: "The remote server cannot be restarted. The Unwired agent on the specified host is unavailable."
Explanation: SAP Control Center uses the current user name and password to try to connect to the remote SAP Control Center. But you cannot use the current user name and password to log in to the remote SAP Control Center. These credentials cannot be used to log in because the remote SAP Mobile Server is stopped, and the newly added LoginModule cannot cluster synchronize to the SAP Mobile Server.
Solution: Start the secondary node by another administrator user, and allow cluster synchronization to occur.
