Problem: Native push notification does not work after
SAP Mobile Server is upgraded to a later version.
Explanation:
Native push notification is not working properly for the same application ID when the
SAP Mobile Server is upgraded to the newer version.
- Check the format of push endpoint URL. For example:
http://<server address>:8000/notifications/v1
- The administrator should manually change the preexisting push endpoint URL after
upgrade.
- For newly created application IDs/ application template (after upgrading) it
automatically considers the new push endpoint.
