SecProfile object containing the properties to create and initialize a Signature instance.

specifies the operation for which to initialize the Signature object. Valid values are Const.OP_SIGN and Const.OP_VERIFY
Returns
Signature object created based on the properties specified in the profile Map and initialized for the specified operation. Returns null if unable to handle the profile.
