In the event of a software failure, uninstall and reinstall
SAP Mobile Server on an existing host with same host name.
- Stop all SAP Mobile Platform services:
- SAPControlCenter3.2.7
- SAPMobileServer
- Uninstall SAP Mobile Server. In case of a failure, see
Troubleshooting > Troubleshooting Uninstallation.
- Reinstall SAP Mobile Server. Select Install an additional
server node and connect it to the data tier. In case of a failure, see
Troubleshooting > Troubleshooting Installation.
- Check whether all SAP Mobile Platform services are started by
invoking the Services window.
- Check whether the deployed packages exist from the SAP Mobile Platform installed directory SMP_HOME\Servers\UnwiredServer\deploy\sup.
- Log in to SCC to see whether the relay server outbound configuration is still
there. If not, refresh or readd the configuration.
