You can enable the messaging client to directly communicate with the
SAP Mobile Server HTTPS port.
The use cases for direct
connection to SAP Mobile Platform are:
- Devices connected to an internal WiFi network for initial registration.
- Blackberry devices connecting thru BES.
- Create a certificate containing the private key.
- Import the certificate into the key store.
- Create a security profile using the certificate (alias).
- Create a new HTTPS port using the new security profile.
